Effective and tailored support to create safe, inclusive organisations.
Working with clients to make prevention accessible.
I am a recognised leader in preventing gendered violence, harassment, and discrimination, working with organisations across education, government, sport, and the private sector in Australia and the UK.
Based on the unceded lands of the Palawa-Pakana people, in Tasmania's North West Coast, I bring together lived experience, research expertise, and over a decade working across the prevention spectrum to design effective, tailored interventions grounded in behavioural science, systems change, and inclusion.
My career spans leadership roles at La Trobe University, where I implemented innovative best-practice initiatives; University College London and Advance HE, where I led organisational strategy to address and prevent bullying, harassment, and sexual misconduct; and Culture Shift UK, where, as Head of Success I developed a prevention-based strategy for over 70 UK university partners.
Since returning to Australia in 2021, I worked as a senior advisor with Our Watch, embedded in the Tasmanian government to advance primary prevention of gendered violence across state and local government, education, charities, and sporting organisations.
Currently, I consult independently across Australia and the UK, partnering with clients including Monash University, University College London, Women's Legal Services Victoria and Tasmania, Advance HE, Motorsport Australia, AFL Tasmania, and the South Australian Parliament.
I work long-term with organisations to create affordable, sustainable solutions that make prevention easier and more effective.

“Kelsey raised UCL’s profile internationally as a centre of excellence in tackling bullying, harassment and sexual misconduct. She worked in an impressively short space of time to get people working together across our different functions in a way that had not happened previously. Thanks to her efforts, we now have a reporting system and an organisational risk assessment framework that instils trust in the organisation. She left UCL having achieved an enduring culture shift that will no doubt improve people’s working lives for many years into the future. ”
— Dean Stokes, Director of Planning, University College London
“Kelsey has a cutting edge knowledge of innovative approaches to address harassment and discrimination in higher education. Her deep specialist knowledge as well as her understanding of strategic solutions puts her in a unique position to deliver sector-wide change as well as leading institutional transformation. Most importantly, she takes a survivor-centred approach, without which real change cannot be achieved.”
— Dr. Anna Bull Co-Director of 1752 Group and Senior Lecturer in Sociology, United Kingdom
