Kelsey raised UCL’s profile internationally as a centre of excellence in tackling bullying, harassment and sexual misconduct. She worked in an impressively short space of time to get people working together across our different functions in a way that had not happened previously. Thanks to her efforts, we now have a reporting system and an organisational risk assessment framework that instils trust in the organisation. She left UCL having achieved an enduring culture shift that will no doubt improve people’s working lives for many years into the future.
