Preventing Gendered Violence and Harassment Blueprint

from $3,360.00

What is it?

The Prevention Blueprint provides a template with critical resources, research, and good practice examples to create a whole-of-organisation prevention-based strategy to prevent all forms of gendered violence and harassment.

The Blueprint is divided into key themes: commitment, insight, strategy, action, impact with recovery, response, early intervention, and primary prevention in mind. There are suggested approaches under each theme with good practice examples, template resources, and research to indicate how it has been used and why it's recommended.

The Blueprint makes prevention-based action accessible to organisations of any size, irrespective of where they are on their journey.

Who is it for?

Universities and workplaces in Australia and the UK who are keen to prevent and address issues of gendered violence and harassment proactively.

What problem does it help solve?

The Blueprint provides one singular space to go through the motions of developing and implementing a whole organisational strategy. Whether you are starting from scratch or have established practice, the step-by-step guide goes through key phases, with research and embedded resources, templates, and tips to effectively prevent and respond to gendered violence and harassment.

This practice is evidence-based and has been tried and tested in other organisations. A range of trusted practitioners who provide complimentary specialist support are also listed.

I acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land throughout Australia where I work and live and play, the Palawa-Pakana people of lutruwita, and traditional owners across Australia.

I recognise their continued connection to land, water and culture, and recognise that sovereignty was never ceded.
