Did you know?

The Tasmanian State Government supports small businesses through a Tasmanian Small Business Grant – it gives you access to up to $1,500 worth of services with no out-of-pocket expense.

 In other words, if you are eligible, you can access my People and Culture services - all covered by the government grant fund.

Applications are open until 30th May 2024.

Examples of how we can work together

  • Policies + Consultancy

    I’ve devised a set of policies, including a Diversity and Inclusion Policy, Grievance Policy and Workplace Behaviours Policy that you can couple with advice or business coaching.

  • Training

    I have a range of training programs including bullying and harassment training, leadership coaching and development, preventing gendered violence and sexual harassment.

    This could include one full day training, or two half day trainings for up to 15 people.

  • Workplace Diversity and Inclusion Toolkit

    This toolkit provides a comprehensive overview of Diversity and Inclusion practice for Australian workplaces with tips, case studies and templates to be adapted to suit organisational need.
