  • Creating a safe and respectful working environment (webinar)

This 90-minute webinar provides organisations with an all-staff session on understanding unacceptable behaviours, outlining workplace obligations, taking a prevention-based approach, and how all staff can play a role in creating a psychologically safe, respectful working environment.

  • Leading a safe and respectful workplace environment

This 3 hr workshop has been designed for managers and leaders (as a follow on to the webinar) to work through models to address unacceptable behaviour, provide feedback proactively and manage difficult conversations. The model is informed by best-practice prevention an behavioural science and enables all participants to put frameworks and skills into practice through a series of case studies.

  • Developing a gendered violence prevention strategy

This three-hour workshop provides senior leaders and stakeholders with a detailed understanding of what is required to engage in effective primary, secondary and tertiary prevention, how we can meet and exceed legal obligations, and to develop and refine a strategic workplace plan to prevent gendered violence.

  • Using behavioural science to enhance workplace prevention

Traditional workplace harassment prevention approaches often focus primarily on compliance-driven responses after incidents occur. This workshop introduces the COM-B model (Capability, Opportunity, Motivation = Behaviour) to strengthen all levels of prevention – from primary prevention through recovery support – creating sustainable workplace cultures that actively challenge the underlying drivers of gendered violence. This workshop will enable participants to design effective interventions to prevent gendered violence, harassment and bullying.

  • Workplace Harassment Contact Officers

Contact Officer Training equips staff with essential skills to provide trauma-informed support and create safer workplace environments through evidence-based intervention techniques. Participants learn to confidently respond to disclosures, implement active bystander strategies, and build psychologically safe cultures that prevent harm while supporting those who experience it. This practical, skills-focused training forms a vital component of comprehensive organisational prevention and response strategies.

  • Leading an trauma-informed audit or investigations

This training equips organisations to proactively address behavioural and well-being concerns in workplace or educational settings through early intervention strategies. The comprehensive six-hour program covers trauma-informed practices, risk management, investigation techniques, and behavioural intervention design. Training can be delivered across multiple sessions and includes a follow-up debrief 2-3 weeks after completion to ensure effective implementation.
